The Ko Bunka is a compact yet powerful version of the Bunka knife. And yes, “Ko” in Japanese means “small”! As a hybrid between the Bunka and Petty knives, it excels at smaller, in-hand tasks and serves as a versatile, all-purpose blade in any kitchen.
