Yoshikane Hamono, a 4th generation company from Sanjo city, presents the Yoshikane SKD Nashiji 150mm Honesuki. Forged by master blacksmith Kazuomi Yamamoto, this knife boasts a SKD12/A2 semi-stainless steel blade with excellent edge retention and a rustic Nashiji finish. The razor-thin edge ensures elite cutting prowess, providing an experience that will delight both amateur and seasoned cooks. However, this knife requires gentle handling and respect for its craftsmanship to avoid chipping.
