This diamond resin sharpening plate is a part of Hap Stanley's original honeycomb matrix design collection. Each stone is meticulously crafted in his workshop, ensuring a product of unmatched quality and durability. The unique, soft resin used by Hap is like nothing else on the market. Despite its softness, it's exceptionally tough, slightly hydrophilic, and environmentally friendly. These properties make maintenance of the plate more manageable and efficient.

Dimensions: 210 mm x 75 mm, 3 layers of diamond resin material, total thickness about 7.2 mm (including the machined Nano Hone backing plate).

Usage Instructions

The NanoHone 200 Micron Diamond Resin Sharpening Plate can be used dry or with a few drops of water. Flattening the stone is a breeze using our chevron Style lapping plate (NL-4). Just remember, when flattening a diamond resin stone, you're "kicking" the diamonds out of the resin, not flattening the diamonds themselves. Hence, you need a very tough lapping plate.
